I’m a person-centred, therapeutic counsellor. I work with adults and young people, either face-to-face or online. I am also a tutor and researcher in Psychology and Counselling, which helps to keep me up-to-date with the latest evidence and developments in counselling practice. I have a special interest in trauma-informed, strength-based approaches and integrate these into my work with clients, to suit their needs.
