I fully comply with BABCP Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.

I am keen to offer CBT supervision to suit individual therapists needs, including those wishing to have close supervision in preparation to becoming BABCP accredited.

I have extensive experience in working in Mental Health: initially as a Mental Health Social Worker in a Community Mental Health Team for over 20 years and subsequently for the past 12 years as a CBT therapist working for the NHS in secondary care psychology services.

I have acted as a supervisor and trainer within social work, a supervisor for trainee clinical psychologists and clinical supervisor for trainee CBT therapists.

I have trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Compassionate Focused Therapy.

I currently work with complex presentations of anxiety disorders, including OCD, GAD and Social Anxiety.

I also work with trauma, PTSD, Psychosis and Bi-polar. Alongside this the clients I often work with have personality disorders.
