Sanctuary Therapy Centre is a family owned centre, lead by CBT and EMDR therapist Gisela Ramirez. The centre is built with the client and therapists in mind, creating the perfect space for a range of services including talking therapist, psychotherapy, holistic therapies, and are suited to host online sessions or study sessions.

What are your opening times?
7 days a week, 7am to 10pm.
Which room is suitable for my needs?
Oasis (capacity 6 people) is the larger of the rooms so ideal if more space is needed. The feel of this room is living room/traditional office space, yet cosy and safe.
Nirvana (capacity 3 people) is smaller and is more meditation/holistic appropriate. It has a privacy screen and massage table available for use.
Both rooms are social distancing compliant and have desks available to use for online sessions, studying or general admin. Please view the gallery above to see the rooms.
What facilities do you have?
We have a welcoming waiting area for clients to wait, a kitchen area with drinks facilities, gender neutral toilet, fast WiFi, and free parking on site.
How do I find you?
We’re located on Bury New Road, Prestwich just near the centre. The entrance to our (free) car park is the first right on to Butterstile Lane. We’re a ten minute walk from Prestwich tram stop, and bus services no. 92, 93 and 95 go right to our door.
Are the rooms clean and safe?
Yes, safety is our top priority and we are COVID-19 compliant. Our rooms are sanitised between each use and seating is positioned 2m apart, with sanitiser and hand washing facilities available. The Oasis room is larger if further distancing is required, and clients are welcome to wait in the car park instead of the waiting room.

How much do the rooms cost to hire?
Monday to Friday. Nirvana £12, Oasis £14
Saturdays and Sundays: Nirvana £10, Oasis £12
How do I book?
Please fill out a contact form and we will call or email to check our space is suitable for your needs, and offer a tour of the building. Following this you will gain access to our online booking system and will be able to automatically book for future use.
